Head Peace Barber& Beauty Shop guarantees complete client satisfaction. If a customer is unsatisfied with their haircut or service, adjustments will be made free of charge within 48 hours of the appointment. Due to the nature of personal grooming, refunds are generally not offered; however, Head Peace provides free corrections or rescheduled services when needed to ensure total satisfaction, efficient professional service and fair treatment to all of our clients. Here’s our cancellation policy:

• Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we‘ll need to charge a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price

• If you are a “no-show”, we’ll need to charge a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price

• We’re happy to reschedule your appointment if you let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time

• We understand that emergencies happen! Just give us a call as soon as you can, and we’ll work with you.
