At Head Peace Barber & Beauty Shop, we want to ensure efficient professional service and fair treatment to all of our clients. Here's our cancellation policy:

• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we‘ll need to charge a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price

• If you are a “no-show”, we'll need to charge a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price

• We're happy to reschedule your appointment if you let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time

• We understand that emergencies happen! Just give us a call as soon as you can, and we'll work with you.
